The Thoughts Module

Suggestions on how to use the module:

  2. Day two: Enjoy the Lesson
  3. Day three: Discuss what was learned and enjoy the Calm Mind Sessions
  4. Day four: Start Next Lesson (each module has five lessons.)
  5. There are cues to track your progress.
  6. The lessons average about 7 minutes, the books about 12 minutes.
