We don’t need to have all the answers
Sep 22, 2026
You know what I've noticed?
As parents, we can sometimes feel like we’re supposed to have all the answers.
How to help our children through a difficult moment.
What to say.
How to guide them toward making good choices.
But perhaps we don't need all the answers.
Maybe we can practice life together.
When we share simple ideas with our children about their thoughts, feelings, choices, and relationships, something beautiful can happen. These ideas become more than things we teach. They become part of the way we communicate as a family.
We learn together. We make mistakes together. We discover what works together.
And maybe that’s what our children need most—not a parent who knows everything, but someone willing to walk alongside them as they find their way.
That’s at the heart of what we’re creating at Life Ingredients.
Simple stories and lessons that families can explore together, one little step at a time.
Come take a look at what we’ve created.
I share a little more about practicing life skills with children in my latest YouTube video. If you have a few minutes, I’d love for you to join me there. Watch on YouTube
Be well,
